Shipping & Delivery

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?


We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Please double-check your selected model, size, and color before placing your order, as we cannot make changes to your order once it has been submitted to our system. No modifications or cancellations will be allowed after your order is entered.

Orders will be processed within 2–5 business days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day. The general delivery time is 7–15 days.

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION


As soon as your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you, so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your package and your delivery destination. For all international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes.

TRACKING


It is the recipient’s responsibility to track their order and provide any required documentation or information to customs or the delivery courier.

If an order is marked as returned to sender or marked as unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient’s failure to follow up, respond to notifications, or submit required documents, we will not be able to offer free refunds or replacements. In such cases, you may need to place a new order.

DELIVERY


Your local customs office may request additional documentation or require extra time to clear your package, which may result in delays to your estimated delivery date.

Your order will be delivered either by your national postal service or a local courier. In most regions, deliveries are handled by standard postal services, and your package will arrive with your regular mail.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, a delivery notice card may be left with instructions on how and where to collect your package.

TAXES & DUTIES


Import taxes, customs duties, and related fees may apply once your package arrives in the destination country. These charges are set solely by the customs authority of your country.

Payment of all such duties, taxes, and fees is the full responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Myrkol.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS


You are responsible for reviewing your local postal and customs regulations regarding restricted or prohibited items. We cannot be held liable for items that are refused entry or seized by customs in your destination country.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES


If your credit card is denominated in a currency other than US Dollars, the exchange rate applied may differ from the rate displayed on our website. You may also be charged a foreign transaction fee by your bank or card issuer.

These rates and fees are determined by your financial institution’s policies. Myrkol is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or additional fees charged by your bank or credit card provider. For more information, please contact your bank directly.

Product prices on our store may be displayed in your local currency for reference, but checkout will be processed in USD. All payments are securely processed in US Dollars via Stripe at checkout.

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES


If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our support team immediately. We process and ship orders quickly, so delays may prevent changes from being made.

Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we will no longer be able to adjust or cancel it.

Please note: orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
